Woman strangulated to death at Bhojpur village

Ara: Bhojpur police recovered a body of an unidentified woman near a canal in between Chandawa and Kalyanpur under Nawada police station late Friday evening and brought it to Ara Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. The  SHO Nawada police station said that some unidentified miscreants strangulated the woman to death and threw the body at the bank of the canal.

Tractor overturns, driver die: In another incident, a tractor driver, Dharmesh Kumar Singh of village Barani under Charpokhari police station was killed when his tractor overturned near Baruna bridge under Sahar police station late Friday evening. Later, the police brought the body to Ara Sadar Hospital for post-mortem.

Two killed in accident: In another incident, two youths were killed when their motorcycle met with an accident near Mela Bagicha area under Hasanbazaar police outpost in Bhojpur district late Friday evening. The deceased were identified as Prince Kumar Singh, son of Vijay Sah of Koel village, and Dheeraj Kumar, son of Sunil Mishra of village Nauaan village under Charpokhari police station.
