Woman dies after coming into contact with life electric wire at Bhojpur Village

Ara : A middleage woman died due to electric shock at village Basantpur under Dhobaha police outpost in Bhojpur District on March 18, 2020. Police brought the body over to Ara Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. The deceased was identified as Asha, 50, wife of Dhura Mia of Basantpur village.

SHO, Dhobaha police outpost, said that Asha had gone to her field in the morning for a stroll. When she did not return till late, her family members searched for her and found her dead near an electric pole. He said that Asha came into contact with a live electric wire in the field and died due to electric shock.
