Buxar : Vibha Kumari, wife of Saroj Singh of Mathila Purab Tola under Koransarai police station in Buxar district, committed suicide on September 28, 2017, by consuming poison. Later, police brought the body to the Buxar Sadar Hospital for post-mortem.
SHO, Koransarai police station, Nandan Kumar said that Vibha Kumari of village Udwantnagar under Udwantnagar police station in Bhojpur district was married to Saroj Singh of Mathila Purab Tola under Koransarai police station in Buxar district about six years ago and had a one year old daughter. Tortured and frustrated due to family dispute, Vibha Kumari committed suicide by consuming poison.
A named FIR has been lodged with Koransarai police station against Vibha’s sister-in-law Mamta Devi and brother-in-law Bhushan Singh on the statement of her brother Brajesh Singh but no arrest has so far been made in this regard.
