Sasaram : Meera Devi, 33, wife of Om Prakash Sah alias Guddu Sah of village Dinara under the same police station in Rohtas district, was allegedly burnt to death on May 24, 2018, evening at her in-laws’ place.
A named FIR was lodged with Dinara police station against her in-laws on the statement of the deceased’s mother Fula Devi, who alleged that her in-laws sprinkled Kerosene Oil on her and burnt her to death. She also alleged that since her marriage in 2001, Meera Devi’s relation with her husband was strained. She mostly lived with her parents.
