Bagaha : Sahara Khatoon of Miantola under Chiutaha police station in West Champaran district allegedly strangulated her husband Waqil Mian to death with the help of her son Arman Mian on October 25, 2017. Both the accused have been arrested and sent to jail and further investigation into the incident is on, said SHO, Chiutaha police station, RK Gautam, said on October 27. The SHO said that the deceased’s wife had been pressurizing him to register the homestead in her name but he was refusing to do so which led to his killing.
