Patna : West Indies (WI) were all out for 117 in their first innings in the first session of play on Day 3 in the 2nd test against India at Sabina Park, Kingston, Jamaica, with fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah taking 6/27 in 12 overs and Mohammad Shami 2/34 including a hat-trick and Mohammad Shami 2/34 .

Resuming at their overnight score of 87/7, WI lost their 8th wicket that of spinner Rahkeem Cornwall at 97. Cornwal fell to fast bowler Mohammad Shami for 14. Jahmar Hamilton (wk) fell to fast bowler Ishant Sharma for 5 in 59 balls making it 9/117. At the same score, fast bowler Kemar Roach fell to spinner Ravindra Jadeja for 17 with 3 fours.

India, who did not enforce follow on, were 8/0 in 3 overs in their 2nd innings. India, who had scored 416 in their 1st innings, leads by 307 runs.
