The DM also warned them that if they fail to improve their performance, they will be dismissed. District Programme Officer, IDCS, Rajmohan Jha, informed the DM that seven Child Development Project Officers(CDPOs) out of 18 blocks in the district were holding additional charge and some Block Development Officers (BDOs) were also looking after the work of the CDPO.
The DM also reviewed the work of Health Department and found many irregularities and said that stern action had been recommended against Incharge, Primary Health Centre (PHC), Madhubani, who did not open the PHC for 18 days, causing problems to the patients. The salary of Incharge, PHC, Yogapatti, has been withheld for dereliction of duty.
