Vocational courses getting popular among students at Intermediate level

Ara: A large number of students at Ara are opting for vocational courses at Intermediate level and making beeline to schools offering such coursesVocational courses at Intermediate level are taught at H N K High School +2 and Government Girls High School +2, both at Ara  in Bhojpur district.

Vocational course like  Automobiles, Agriculture, Computer and Account are taught at  H N K High School+2 while Dress Designing, Office Management and ANM courses are taught at Government Girls High School +2 though teaching of Dress Designing is not running at present for want of teachers. Each vocational course has 25 seats in both the schools. Among the vocational courses, students mostly prefer Automobiles, Agriculture and Dress Designing. Asha Kumari, Ranjan Kumar and others said that vocational course is are high in demand and students both at Intermediate or Graduation level prefer them particularly those which are job oriented.
