Ara: Veer Kuer Singh University (VKSU), Ara,  administration is determined to regularize sessions of all classes in the  university and to achieve this goal it is set to declare B A Part III results within two days.

Vice Chancellor, VKSU, Leela Chand Sah said the university would declare results of B A Part III examination within two days and warned Principals of those colleges who had not submitted check-lists so far despite several reminders. He said that principals of such colleges would be held responsible if results of their colleges were not published. He said that TSI College, Bikramganj, Rohtas Mahila College, Sasaram, MPDS College, Pilot Nagar, Rohtas, SSB College, Sasaram, and H D Jain College, Ara, have not submitted check-list of B A Part III examination so far despite several reminders and results can not be delayed for their fault. He said the principals of these colleges would be responsible if results of their colleges were not published.

The VC said that the university administration has started distribution of admit cards to colleges concerned for B A Part I examination scheduled to be held from June 13, 2016. He said the colleges that had not received admit cards from the examination department of the university, take the same by Tuesday and distribute them among the students.

The VC said that the university administration had formed three separate Grievances Redressal Cells for redressal of grievances of students, pension holders and matters related to service. Each cell would have three members. The Students Grievances Redressal Cell would have the Examination Controller as chairman, a convener that would be the Dean, Students Welfare Department, and a member who would be a senior professor of the university. Likewise, Service Redressal Cell would have Pro-Vice-Chancellor as Chairman, Coordinator, College Development Committee (CCDC) as convener and a senior professor as member and the Pension Grievance Cell would have Finance Advisor as Chairman, Registrar as convener and two members of Finance Committee as members. The VC said henceforth the  teachers, employees, students and pension holders might register their grievances with these cells and the university administration would try to sort out their problems at the earliest.

The VC, quoting the direction from the Patna High Court, said that there were some controversy surrounding affiliation of some affiliated colleges under the VKSU including the posts of the principals there and if their problems are not solved,  they might face derecognition.
