Vivek Oberoi starrer film ‘PM Narendra Modi’ grosses Rs 6 cr in 2 days

Patna : Omung Kumar directorial 136 minute film ‘PM Narendra Modi’ starring Vivek Oberoi in the lead role has done a business of nearly Rs 6 crore across India in the two days since its release on May 24, 2019. Actor Manoj Joshi has played the role of BJP President Amit Shah in the film while Boman Irani plays the role of industrialist Ratan Tata.

The film did a business of only Rs 2.88 crore on day 1 but the occupancy rate increased on day 2 and the film did a business of over Rs 3 crore. The film was originally scheduled to release on April 12, 2019, but the release date was rescheduled as the Election Commission of India (ECI) stayed its release till the General Elections 2019 are over. The film also stars Zarina Wahab, Rajendra Gupta, and Barkha Bisht Sengupta. The film opened to mixed reviews.
