Siwan : The angry residents of Majhawaliya under Jamo police station on Sunday blocked the Jamo- Siwan road and shouted slogans against police to protest highhandedness. A shopkeeper Santosh Kumar was beaten up by police
on Saturday night when he was sleeing on the roof of his home. He fell down fron the roof and seriousl injured. He has been admitted to a hospital at Siwan. The Jamo police said that the shopkeeper was wanted by police in a case of theft and when the police tried to arrest him he jumped down from the roof top and got injured.
