Bagaha : Two children: Divakar Prasad, 4, son of Suman Kumar and his maternal cousin sister Hemalata Kumari, 4, of village Nautanawa of Bagahi panchayat under Ramnagar block in West Champaran district drowned to death on August 28, 2017, while taking bath in a pond. The villagers later fished out their bodies from the pond, police sources said.
