Ara : Two inmates of Ara Jail : Haresh Mishra and Sumit Pandey, were shifted to Bhagalpur Central Jail under tight security on March 14, 2019, evening. Haresh Mishra, son of Shiv Ji Mishra, is one of the key accused in the murder of BJP state vice-president Visheshwar Ojha.
Superintendent, Ara Jail, Niranjan Pandit, said that they were shifted from Ara jail to Bhagalpur Central Jail in view of the forthcoming parliamentary elections.
Some miscreants had shot dead Bisheshwar Ojha in February 2016 when he was on way to attend a marriage ceremony and a named FIR was lodged with against eight persons including Brajesh Mishra and his brother Haresh Mishra.
