Patna : A National Level Vendor Development Programme-cum-Industrial Exhibition is being organised on February 9 & 10, 2017, from 10:30 am onwards on Smt. Radhika Sinha Institute & Sachidanand Sinha Library Campus, Sinha Library Road, Patna.

The main objective of the programme is to provide a platform to Micro & Small enterprises, where these units will demonstrate their products, manufacturing capabilities and services rendered by them to respective buyers (Central Ministries/ Government Departments / Public Sector Undertakings/Large Industrial Houses & Private Organizations etc.), according to a PIB release. The exhibition will also facilitate the procuring department (Buyers) in identifying and selecting the right vendors to meet their requirements.  The exhibition will be inaugurated by Bihar Industry minister Jai Kumar Singh.

 It is expected that various large Central PSUs like NTPC, IOCL, BSNL, BPCL, HPCL, NSIC, FCI, KVIC, Ordinance Factory, Steel Authority of India Limited, Eastern Railways, Power Grid Corporation of India (PGCI), HUDCO etc. will be participating at the exhibition. Participation from state government departments/undertakings is also expected.
