Bagaha : Trains services between Muzaffarpur Junction and Gorakhpur Junction, which connects East Central Railway (ECR) with North Eastern Railway (NER) via Narakatiaganj, resumed on September 12, 2017, morning.

Railways sources revealed that 12 pair of trains including 6 pair of long distance express trains besides many good trains,which were suspended due to breaches at dozen of points between Bagaha and Narakatiaganj Railways junction on the route, were restored after a lapse of 30 days. Station Superintendent, Narakatiaganj, Lalbabu Raut, said that Saptkranti Super Fast Express (12558 Dn) which runs from Anand Vihar, Delhi, to Muzaffarpur, reached Narakatiaganj around 9 am on September 12. Other passenger trains are running as usual.

Divisional Railway Manager (DRM), Samastipur, Rabindra Kumar Jain on TSeptember 12 inspected rail track between Chamua and Narakatiaganj.
