Ara: Bhojpur police seized a tractor loaded with illegal sand near village Rupchakia under Bihia police station in Bhojpur district on Tuesday and also arrested the driver Rakesh Munnu. SHO, Bihia police station, Dhananjay Sharma said that a sand loaded tractor was passing through Rupchakia village and when he stopped and demanded chalan, the driver failed to produce it.
