Patna : Bihar Government on January 1, 2019, promoted three IAS officers of 2003 batch to the rank of Secretary in the Super Time Scale. They are : Lokesh Kumar Singh, Executive Director, State Health Society, holding additional charge of Special Secretary, Health Department, Anupam Kumar, Director, Information & Public Relation Department, with additional charge of Managing Director, Samvad Samiti, IPRD, and Special Secretary, CM Secretariat, and Asangba Chuba Aao, Special Secretary, Mines & Geology Department, with additional charge of Director, Mines & Geology.
Lokesh Kumar Singh, after promotion, has been given additional charge of Secretary, Health Department. Anupam Kumar has been appointed Secretary, CM Secretariat, with additional charge of Secretary, Information & Public Relation Department, and MD, Samvad Samiti. Asangba Chuba Aao has been appointed Secretary, Mines & Geology Department, with additional charge of Director, Mines & Geology. The General Administration Department issued a notification to this effect on January 1, 2019, itself.
