Teenage girl kidnapped from Bhojpur village

Ara : A teenage girl was kidnapped from village Gaura under Bahoranpur police outpost in Bhojpur district when she had gone to the field to attend call of nature.

A named FIR has been lodged with Bahoranpur police outpost on April 10, 2019, against three persons including Bikas Kumar son of Tarkeshwar Rai, his sister Priyanka Devi of village Sarangpur village, and Rakesh Tiwari of village Gaura on the statement of the father of the girl.

Quoting the FIR, SHO, Bahoranpur police outpost, Manish Kumar said that a 17 year old had gone to the field to attend call of nature on April 8, 2019, when Bikas Kumar, who had come to his sister Priyanka Devi’s place at village Gaura village, with the help of Rakesh Tiwari of Gaura, and his sister kidnapped her allegedly with a view to marrying her. The SHO said that police are investigating the matter and also conducting raids to recover the girl.
