Bhojpur SP suspends 14 police personnel

Ara : Bhojpur SP Aditya Kumar on April 12, 2019, suspended 14 police personnel including two ASIs with immediate effect for not joining their duty despite the ensuing LS polls. These police personnel are absent for long.

The SP suspended the ASI Ayodhya Singh,  ASI Bhagirath Ram, Havildar Shyam Sundar Singh, and constables Mahesh Kumar, Harkhen Kumar, Anjali Kumari, Nutan Kumari, Ravindra Kumar, Mannu Kumar, Poonam Kumari, Upendra Kumar Sharma, Binod Singh, Jitendra Kumar, and Shahnawaz Ansari.

Bhojpur SP Aditya Kumar said that these police personnel were absent from duty for a long period and were asked to join their duty by April 5, 2019, but they did not comply with the order. He said that he had served show cause on them and also sent notices but they did not pay heed to the warning and so they had been placed under suspension.
