Tanker carrying LPG overturns in Kaimur

Bhabhua : An LPG tanker overturned near Kaudiram at Mohania on NH 2 in Kaimur district on June 8, 2017, afternoon leaking gas. Sensing risk to the lives of locals, the Kaimur district administration vacated the  villages on NH 2 immediately.The entire area was cordoned off and the locals were directed not to use or start their mobiles and switch on gas stoves and cook food in their houses till the tanker was emptied. Fire Brigade was also requisitioned. Teams of expert from Varanasi and Ara have rushed to the spot with all necessary equipment to empty the gas tanker.
