Students stage dharna before the office of VC, VKSU

Ara : Activists of the All India Students Association (AISA) and Chhatra RJD staged an  indefinite dharna in front of the office of  Vice-Chancellor, Veer Kuer Singh University (VKSU), Ara, and also observed fast-unto-death on October 4, 2018, to press their four point demands.

They were raising slogans against the VKSU administration for their anti-student attitude. Their main demands includ withdrawal of hiked fees for the BEd course, announcement of dates of examinations for BEd Part II session 2016-2018 and BEd Part I session 2017-2019.

Pappu Kumar, a student leader, said that the VKSU administration is working against the interest of students and never bothers to pay heed to their problems. He said they would be forced to launch an aggressive agitation if the VKSU administration did not concede their demands.
