Bettiah : SP, West Champaran, Jayant Kant, on October 29, 2018, in an apparent move to improve law & order in the district appointed SI K M Gupta, Incharge, Sahodara Police Outpost, as SHO, Majhaulia police station. The SP also transferred Junior SI, Mainatand PS, Dhananjay Kumar, to Sahodara Police Outpost as its incharge. SHOs of Majhaulia and Chanpatia police stations Randhir Kumar and Rajesh Kumar respectively have been sent to Policeline, Bettiah.
