Sitamarhi: Sonbarsa police under the leadership of SHO Phul Dev Chaudhary, acting on a tip off, on Monday nabbed a liquor smuggler Ras Narain Rai along with 53 bottles of Nepali liquor and a motorbike near village Dostiya on NH 77 in Sitamarhi district. Ras Narain was coming from Nepal and going to Sitamarhi district town. He is a native of village Amghatta under Dumra block in Sitamarhi disrict. During his interrogation, Ras Narain admitted his involvement in the on going liquor smuggling business ever since prohibition was enforced in Bihar on April 5, 2016.
