Patna : The state government on February 9 promoted six IAS officers of 2012 batch to the rank of Joint Secretary. The General Administration Department (GAD) issued a notification to this effect on February 9 itself. The six IAS officers promoted to the rank of Joint Secretary are : Mukesh Pandey, Kaushal Kumar, Sanjiv Kumar, Kundan Kumar, Ms Inayat Khan and Rajesh Meena.
