Patna : A 2004 batch officer of Indian Revenue Service (IRS), Vikas, who has come to Bihar on deputation and was waiting for posting after being relieved by Government of India, was on February 9 appointed Additional Secretary, Education department, Bihar government. The General Administration Department (GAD) issued a notification to this effect the same day. Mohammad S I Faisal, another 2004 batch officer of IRS and Additional Secretary, Information Technology department, Bihar government, has been given additional charge of MD, Beltron.
