Six criminals loot Rs 8.82 lakh from pvt. finance company at Baniapur, Saran

Chhapra (Saran) : Six unidentified criminals looted Rs 8.82 lakh cash from Baniapur Bazaar branch of Utkarsh Finance Company under Baniapur police station in Saran District in North Bihar at gun point in broad daylight  on September 9, 2019, afternoon. Banipur is 34 km away from Chhapra, the headquarters of Saran District.

Confirming the incident, Saran SP Har Kishore Rai said that six bike borne armed criminals entered the office of Baniapur Bazaar office of Utkarsh Finance Company and after terrorising the employees looted Rs 8.82 lakh cash from there. They also assaulted the employees injuring three of them when they resisted them. The criminals also fired three round in the air while escaping to create panic among the people. Police are conducting raids to arrest the 6 criminals,  SP Rai said.
