Buxar : Police, on the direction of Buxar SP, conducted raid at Vishwamitra Hotel on October 26, 2017, to free a room of the hotel from the possession of a police Sub-Inspector (SI) who was forcibly living there for the last several days.
Manager, Vishamitra Hotel, Rajiv Singh, said that in-charge of a Police Outpost, Deepak Rao, was living in room no 101 of the hotel fort the last several days and whenever he requested him to vacate the room, the SI always rebuked him saying that he was living in the hotel on the order of the SP. The Hotel Manager also said that the SI had not paid a single penny for his stay in the room. He said that he complained to the Buxar SP who ordered for a raid at hotel. The SP said that action would be taken against the SI after thorough investigation and the charge of the room will be paid from the salary of the SI.
