School teacher succumbs to injuries at PMCH

Ara : A differently abled school teacher Vidyanand Prasad of Ishwar Singh ka Tola under Jagdishpur police station in Bhojpur district, who had sustained serious injuries in an accident on April 3, 2019, succumbed to his injuries in the wee hour on April 5, 2019, at Patna Medical College and Hospital (PMCH) during treatment. The deceased was a teacher at private school.

SHO, Jagdishpur police station, said that Vidyanand Prasad was going to his village Ishwar Singh Ka Tola on a three- wheeler from Jagdishpur Nayaka Tola Mor on April 3, 2019. When he reached near Treemurti on Jagdishpur-Bihia main road, a speeding vehicle collided head-on with the three- wheeler in which Vidyanand Prasad was seriously injured, the SHO said. Later, the locals rushed him to Ara Sadar Hospital but the doctors there referred him to PMCH.
