Buxar : A school teacher Sriman Pandey, 50, committed suicide by hanging himself from the ceiling of his room at Hanumannagar near New Bus Stand under Buxar Town Police Station in the wee hour on June 8, 2017. Later, police brought the body to Buxar Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. The reason behind his suicide was yet to be ascertained.
Sriram Pandey, son of Sriman Pandey of village Kachainiya under Koransarai police station in Kaimur district, was a teacher at Suryapura High School in Rohtas district. He along with his wife and children had shifted to his newly constructed house at Hanumannagar five months ago. Four days back, he had dropped his family to his native village and went to Patna on June 7, 2017, and returned from there in the late evening the same day.
