Ara : A 20 year old private school teacher committed suicide by hanging herself from the ceiling fan of her house at M P Bagh locality under Town police station, Ara, in Bhojpur district, on August 16, 2017, evening. Later, police brought the body to Ara Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. Quarrel between two sisters is suspected to be the reason behind the incident.
SHO, Town Police Station, said that Vidya Kumari, 20, daughter of an armyman Manoj Kumar Singh of village Kulharia under Koelwar police station lived in M P Bagh locality along with her two younger sisters and younger brother and was a teacher at a private school and also took tuition. Manoj Kumar Singh is posted at Allahabad, UP, and lives there with his wife while his father lives at his native village. On August 16, evening, Vidya had a tiff with her sister and after that she locked herself in her room and committed suicide.
