S Shivkumar, IAS, promoted to Apex Payscale

Patna : Bihar Government on July 1, 2019, promoted S Shivkumar, a 1987 batch Bihar cadre IAS officer and Additional Member, Board of Revenue, Bihar, to the Apex Payscale ( Grade-17- Rs 2,25,000- regular) with effect from the date of his assuming charge of the Apex Payscale.

The post of Additional Member, Board of Revenue, will remain upgraded to the Apex Payscale till the tenure of S Shivkumar. The General Administration Department issued a notification to this effect on July 1, 2019.
