Bagaha: A Royal Bengal tiger was spotted 1 km away from village Bathawaria under Bagaha-I block in West Champaran district. It has escaped from Valmikinar  Tiger Reserve. Villagers were terrified after seeing the tiger and informed Bathawaria police station SHO Ashok Kumar. The SHO has sent a message to DFO of division-2 of Valmiki Tiger reserve Amit Krequesting him to catch the big cat. A team of forest staff has been rushed to the area to bring the Tiger back to the forests, sources said.
