Patna : The recovery rate (RR) of Covid-19 patients in Bihar increased to 99.12% on February 8, 2021, as out of the 2,61,355 cases recorded so far in the state, altogether 2,59,04 patients have been declared cured / discharged including 129 in last 24 hours.
A total of 56 persons including 15 from Patna, 7 each from Saharsa and Saran, 5 from Banka, 4 each from Darbhanga and Gaya, 3 from Arwal, and 2 each from Samastipur, Jamui, and Munger, tested positive for the pandemic on February 7, 2021.The number of active cases in Bihar was 783 on February 8, 2021. Bihar has tested 21591296 samples so far including 60,469 samples on February 7, 2021.
The Covid-19 toll increased to 1,517 in Bihar on February 8, 2021, with 1 new death being recorded in Patna in last 24 hours. With it, the toll climbed to 427 in Patna on February 8, 2021.
