Muzaffarpur : A young man and woman were found dead in their room with bullet injury on their heads at a Muzaffarpur Hotel located on Aghoria Chowk on February 8, 2021, morning, creating sensation in the area. Police recovered the bodies from the hotel room on February 8. The two had had informed the hotel employees that they were married.
The couple had checked in at the hotel on February 7, 2021, night. but they did not open the door of their room on February 8 morning though the man had told the hotel staff that they would check out on the day. Sensing gravity of the situation, the Manager of the hotel informed police. Police entered the room and found both were shot in head and were lying on bed in a pool of blood. Police recovered a pistol from the bed. They are investigating the case to find out whether it is case of murder or suicide.
DSP, Muzaffarpur, Ram Naresh Paswan, said that bodies were sent to Sri Krushna Medical College & Hospital (SKMCH), Muzaffarpur, for post-mortem. Police are awaiting the post-mortem report, he said. Police have requisitioned the service of FSL team.
