Bagaha : Few decades old Rahul Sankritayan Library Ratanmala, Bagaha, re-opened again on February 18 after the initiative taken by Bagaha SDM Dharmendar Kumar. A meeting was held under the chairmanship of the SDM which was attended by several prominent of Bagaha including Rakesh Singh, Dayashanker Singh, Padamesh, JP Yadav, Avinash Pandey, Arvind Tiwari, Abdul Ghaffar and Mohd. Rashid. A monthly fee of Rs 200 was fixed per reader. The library will open daily for readers from  7 to 9am and 3 to 5 pm. This famous library of Bagaha was opened by the then MLC Shyamacharan Shukla in 90′ and after functioning for some years it became defunct.
