Ara : Bhojpur police pasted court orders (ishtehars) on the walls of premises of eight persons including Primary Agriculture Credit Society (PACS) president, Badakagaon,  Rinku Singh, on April 22, 2017, asking them to surrender in connection with Badakagaon firing incident in December 2015.

Police had prayed before the court to allow attachment of properties of these eight accused. On December 28, 2015, exchange of fire took place between two groups of Badakagaon village under Azimabad police station over fishing and two separate FIRs were lodged by rival groups with Azimabad police station against eight persons of a group and 20 persons of another group.

SHO, Azimabad police station, Raju Kumar said that the court had issued orders (Ishetahar) against eight persons PACS president Rinku Singh, an absconder, Manju Singh, Sunil Chaudhary, Shivbali Chaudhary, Anil Chaudhary, Bhanu Chaudhary, Uttam Chaudhary and Amit Chaudhary and police  pasted the ishtehar on the walls of the premises of these accused.

The SHO further said that Satish Yadav of CPI(ML), a resident of village Kamaria under Azimabad police station, was killed on August 21, 2015 at village Badakagaon  and after a fortnight, in a retaliatory action, J P Singh was killed. And again on December 28, 2015, two groups clashed and exchanged fire though no casualty was reported. In the murder of Satish Yadav too, Rinku Singh was a named accused but could not be arrested. In that case too, police had attached his property earlier.
