Patna : Novak Djokovic ( 11,160 points), Rafael Nadal ( 8,085 points), Alexander Zverev ( 5,770 points), Roger Federer ( 5,590 points), and Dominic Thiem ( 4,675 points), remain World No 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 respectively in the ATP rankings released on April 22, 2019, but Dusan Lajovic, 28, Serbia, has jumped 24 places to be ranked World No 24 with 1,515 points after reaching the final of Monte-Carlo Masters 1,000, Monaco, last week.

Lorenzo Sonego, 23, Italy, has jumped 30 places to be ranked World No 66 with 819 points after reaching the QFs of Monte-Carlo Masters. Fabio Fognini, Italy, has jumped 6 places to be ranked World No 12 with 2,840 points after winning the Monte-Carlo Masters title on April 21, 2019. Cameron Norrie, 23, Britain, has jumped 11 places to be ranked World No 45 with 1,005 points after reaching 3rd round of Monte-Carlo Masters.

Prajnesh Gunneswaran, 29, India, has jumped 5 places to be ranked World No 75 with 748 points though he failed to defend his ATP Challenger title at Anning, China, on April 21, 2019, and could get only 75 points. Guido Pella, 28, Argentina, has jumped 7 places to be ranked World No 28 with 1,375 points after reaching the QFs of Monte-Carlo Masters last week. Felix Auger Aliassime, 18, anada, has jumped 2 places to be ranked World No 31 with 1,282 points.  Stan Wawrinka, 34, Switzerland, has jumped 2 places to be ranked World No 34 with 1,230 points.

But, former top ten player Grigor Dimitrov, 27, Bulgaria, has slipped 15 places to be ranked World No 43 with 1,030 points. Taylor Fritz, 21, USA, has jumped 7 places to be ranked World No 58 with 890 points. Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, 34, France, has jumped 3 places and is ranked World No 99 with 603 points.

Ramkumar Ramnathan, 24, India, has jumped 6 places to be ranked World No 151 with 362 points after reaching the QFs of ATP Challenger at Anning, China. Saketh Myneni, 31, India, has jumped 9 places to be ranked World No 247 with 183 points. Goncalo Oliveira, 24, Portugal, has jumped 33 places to be ranked World No 262 with 173 points. Sasi Kumar Mukund, 22, India, has slipped 5 places to be ranked World No 270 with 163 points. Yuki Bhambri, 26, India, is World No 333 with 80 points while Sumit Nagal, 21, India, is World No 344 with 69 points. Arjun Kadhe, 25, India, is World No 393 with 38 points.
