Saharsa : Bhupendra Narain Mandal University (BNMU), Madhepura, Vice – Chancellor (VC), Vinod Kumar, while inaugurating a two- day national seminar on `Skill Development cum Vocational Education’ at Rajendra Mishra College, Saharsa, on March 24, 2017, said positive thinking leads to skill development among the people.

VC Kumar said that everyone has some skill in him and the need is to bring it out and once it is out the person concerned would automatically develop. He said that disciplined work always leads to better result. The VC urged the teachers and students to perform their works in a disciplines manner. Former PMCH principal Dr Amarkant Jha Amar said that the development and improvement of medicare facilities is also one of the objectives of skill development. The development of medicare facilities would reduce possibilities of diseases, Dr Jha said and added that the people should take care of their diet.

BNMU Registrar K P Singh, NCTE member Faiz Ahmad, Mrinal Kumar Jha, K K Jha, and BIT Mesra’s  Pravin Kumar were prominent among those addressing the seminar on March 24. College Principal P C Khan was felicitated on the occasion. A book written by Arun Kumar Khan was also released. Vinay Chaudhary conducted the seminar.
