Police seize 552 bottles of IMFL from Pick-Up van in Bhojpur

Ara : Police, on a tip off, seized 552 bottles of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) and a Pick-Up van near village Bhatauli under Jagdishpur police station in Bhojpur district on September 27, 2018, though the liquor smugglers escaped.

SHO, Jagdishpur police station, said that he got information that a big consignment of IMFL was being smuggled through Bhatauli under Jagdishpur police staion and so he launched vehicle checking driver in the area. When the police intercepted a Pick-Up van, the liquor smugglers and driver jumped off the vehicle and escaped. He said that  police seized the vehicle and brought it over to the police station and seized 552 bottles of IMFL packed in 42 cartons.
