Ara : Bhojpur police, on a tip off, seized 543 bottles of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) from a car near village Karisath under Gajrajganj police outpost area on February 6, 2019, night, and arrested three liquor smugglers though the mastermind escaped from the spot.
An FIR has been lodged with Gajrajganj police outpost under the Prohibition & Excise Act against Sagar Singh, Mandeep Singh, Pradeep Singh and Dinesh Singh. Police are conducting raids to arrest the mastermind Sagar Singh.
SHO, Gajrajganj police outpost, Anil Kumar Dubey said that police were on patrolling when they located a luxury car bearing registration number of New Delhi. They stopped the car, searched it and seized 543 bottles of IMFL kept inside it.
