Ara : Police, on a tip off, conducted raids at Mazupur (Parisiya) village under Jagdishpur police station in Bhojpur district in the wee hour on June 11, 2017, and seized 350 packets of Heroin, a 9mm countrymade pistol, three live rounds, five mobiles and Rs 3.9 lakh cash. Police also arrested three persons in this connection and forwarded them to jail.
Bhojpur SP Kshatranil Singh said that he got information that Heroin business was being run from a poultry farm at village Mazupur under Jagdishpur police station. He immediately sent a police team headed by ASP Dayashankar Singh there to conduct raid the area.
