Ara : Bhojpur Police, acting on a tip off, recovered two lovebirds from Shahpur Bazaar under Shahpur police station (PS) on TJanuary 18, 2022. Police brought the girl over to Ara Sadar Hospital for medical examination.
SHO, Shahpur PS, said that the youth belongs to extremely backward caste under Shahpur Nagar Panchayat Ward No 6 under the police station runs a cloth shop at Shahpur Bazaar.The girl of Shahpur Nagar Panchayat Ward No 4 is from Scheduled caste and frequently visited the shop to buy cloths. Both fell in love but their family members were against this marriage and so they fled away from their houses. An FIR was lodged by Shahpur PS on the statement of family members of the girl alleging she was kidnapped.
