Muzaffarpur : Police on March 20, 2017, recovered a half-burnt body from a truck in smokes near under Barji school on NH 28 under Motipur police station in Muzaffarpur district. Police summoned fire tenders to extinguish the fire. SHO, Motipur police station, Anil Kumar Yadav, said that the driver parked the truck on roadside, set it afire and escaped from there. After the fire was extinguished, police recovered a half burnt body from the truck, the SHO said adding the body was sent to Sri Krishna Medical College and Hospital (SKMCH), Muzaffarpur, for post-mortem. Motipur police station has lodged a case in this connection and started probe into the incident.
