Police paste Proclamation on the houses of 7 absconders at Ara

Ara : Bhojpur police pasted Proclamation notices (Ishtehars) on the walls of the houses of seven absconders at Ibrahimnagar, Dharahara, under Town police station, Ara, on September 16, 2018. Police are searching for them for the last three months in connection with murder of a person.

SHO, Town police station, Ara, said that some miscreants had taken along Shyam Babu Yadav of Ibrahimnagar locality under the police station from his house on July 11, 2018, on the pretext of attending a party but shot him dead the same night behind the Sanjay Gandhi College, Ara.

A named FIR was lodged with Town police station, Ara, against Viccky Kumar, Bhukhan Mahto, Kariya Mahto, Prakash Mahto, Vikas Mahto, Ram Bhawan Mahto, and Sonu Kumar in this connection but they are absconding ever since. Police requested the court to issue order to paste Proclamation (Ishtehars) against them and the court accepted the request. Now, police will request the court to issue warrant of property attachment against the named accused if they do not surrender.
