Bagaha : A team of Pathakauli police station in Bagaha police district on August 25, 2018, pasted proclamation notice on the wall of the house of one Vinay Kumar Jaiswal Kailashnagar asking him to surrender either before the court or police for attacking a police party on July 26, 2018.
The Investigation Officer (IO) of the case obtained the proclamation notice after surrendering the non- bailable warrant issued against Jaiswal by the court. Police said that if he fails to surrender for interrogation, police may pray the court to issue order order for attachment of his property. The accused has already left the village apprehending his arest. Plice had conducted raids at many places to nab Jaiswal but in vain after which the CJM court issued proclamation notice.
