Police arrest two youth for rape bid

Buxar : Police arrested two youth : Chandan Kumar and Kundan Kumar, on November 2, 2017, from village Dadura under Rajpur police station in Buxar district for trying to outrage modesty of a teenage girl. Later,  police sent the two accused to jail.
SHO, Rajpur police station, said that a teenage girl had gone to the field at village Dadura for grazing her goat where two youth Chandan Kumar and Kundan Kumar caught her and dragged to a nearby bush and tried to outrage her medesty. When she raised an alarm, they beat her and also threatened her with dire consequences if she informed anyone about it. But this did not deter her and she narrated her ordeals to her parents. Her parents took her to Rajpur police station and lodged a named FIR against the Chandan and Kundan.
