Police arrest notorious criminal Dani Yadav from Bhojpur village

Ara : Bhojpur police arrested a notorious criminal Dani Yadav from near Mahavir Sthan under Bihia police station in Bhojpur district on march 21, 2020, after an encounter. Later, police admitted him to Ara Sadar Hospital as he was injured during encounter with  police.

Bhojpur SP Sushil Kumar said that he got information that notorious criminal Dani Yadav had taken shelter at his house at Mahavir Sthan under Bihia police station on March 21 after which he immediately formed a police team and directed it to arrest him. Police team surrounded the house of Dani Yadav at Mahavir Sthan under Bihia police station. Seeing police force, Dani Yadav tried to escape firing on police force. Police had to open fire in reply in which Dani Yadav received bullet injury in his leg. Police arrested him and admitted him to Ara Sadar Hospital, the SP added.

The SP reached Ara Sadar Hospital and said that Dani Yadav was in jail but was released on bail recently. After his release from the jail, he along with his associates was committing crimes in the areas and police were searching for him. The SP said that dozens of criminal cases were pending with different police stations in Bhojpur district against Dani Yadav.
