Ara : Bhojpur police, on a tip off, conducted raids at Girija Mor under Nawada police station, Ara, on February 11, 2019, evening and arrested a man along with Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) kept in a scooter. The man was going along with his wife on a scooter when police arrested him though his wife escaped with the scooter. An FIR was lodged with the police under Nawada police station under the Prohibition & Excise Act and police are conducting raids to arrest the woman. Police forwarded the arrested person to jail after interrogation.
