Buxar : Police, on a tip off, conducted raids in Shantinagar locality under Buxar Town police station (PS) in Buxar District on February 11, 2021, and arrested a drug peddler and seized 39 packets of Heroin from his possession.
A named FIR was lodged with Buxar Town PS against the drug peddler. Later, police sent him to jail after interrogation. The arrested drug peddler was identified as Sonu Kumar of Sugar Mill locality in Buxar district.
SHO, Buxar Town PS, Ranjeet Kumar, said that he got information that a drug peddler Sonu Kumar was moving in Shantinagar locality under the police station on February 11, 2021, morning, with Heroin after which he immediately swung into action and with a police force conducted raid in Shantinagar locality and arrested drug peddler Sonu Kumar. Police also recovered 39 packets of Heroin from his possession.
