Muzaffarpur : Police, on a tip off, on January 5, 2020, arrested six criminals with pistols and ammunition and 1 kg of Charas from under an overbridge near a hospital in Muzaffarpur town in Muzaffarpur District in North Bihar.
On getting information that some miscreants were planning to commit a major crime, a police team arrested them from under an overbridge near a hospital and seized five pistols, nine live cartridges, and 1 kg of Charas from their possession, according SSP, Muzaffarpur, Jayant Kant. All the arrested criminals are residents of Muzaffarpur district. A case has been lodged against them in this connection with Ahiyapur police station, Muzaffarpur, under different sections of the IPC and Arms Act.
